Mr. El-Ad was the executive director of the Israeli human rights group B’Tselem from 2014 to 2023. He wrote from Jerusalem.

The author is talking about ethnic cleansing, right? Can the NYTrash ever make an honest and straightforward headline? Or is it the israeli author? Either way the word salads are wild.

Just call it ethnic cleansing. Put it in the headline not the last sentence.
