I think "stray dog" is probably the most direct translation but "the uninvited" might be a less prosaic interpretation of the term.

I don't know, I think “The Justcamed” is more appropriate. It refers to a person who came to a party/meeting uninvited, just to be present. For example:
- “Hey, and who is he?”
- “I don't know, he just came.”
In Spanish:
- "Oye, ¿y quién es él?"
- "No sé, él solo vino."
The implication in English is killing me though. Maybe I need to turn myself into the volcel police.
