A bit too salty. I place full blame on the fact that we did not have any fresh mushrooms, so I used canned, and they have sodium in them 😡. Otherwise it was bangin’. Everyone had multiple helpings. ~ I can’t believe how corny I sound. When did this happen to me? ~

I did not use any tomato or carrot. I did use celery and mushrooms. I also added fresh oregano and rosemary, and I used sautéed onion, roasted beef, and mushroom flavors of Better Than Bouillon.

No stew is instant, takes hours :). Too salty, I add cream or liquid from cooked potatoes or just water and a little corn starch.
