/c/TenFoward: Your home-away-from-home for all things Star Trek!

Re-route power to the shields, emit a tachyon pulse through the deflector, and post all the nonsense you want. Within reason of course.

~ 1. No bigotry. This is a Star Trek community. Remember that diversity and coexistence are Star Trek values. Any post/comments that are racist, anti-LGBT, or generally "othering" of a group will result in removal/ban.

~ 2. Keep it civil. Disagreements will happen both on lore and preferences. That's okay! Just don't let it make you forget that the person you are talking to is also a person.

~ 3. Use spoiler tags. This applies to any episodes that have dropped within 3 months prior of your posting. After that it's free game.

~ 4. Keep it Trek related. This one is kind of a gimme but keep as on topic as possible.

~ 5. Keep posts to a limit. We all love Star Trek stuff but 3-4 posts in an hour is plenty enough.

~ 6. Try to not repost. Mistakes happen, we get it! But try to not repost anything from within the past 1-2 months.

~ 7. No General AI Art. Posts of simple AI art do not 'inspire jamaharon'

~ **8. Political commentary is allowed, but please keep discussions civil. Read here for our community's expectations.

Fun will now commence.

If I had to pay a nickel for every star trek reference I made, I would be in serious debt.

One million, seven hundred and seventy one thousand, five hundred and sixty one. That's starting with one tribble with an average litter of ten every twelve hours.

This is gonna be a costly post.

So that's anywhere from 0 to many Star Trek references, depending on college and hospitals?

Double play:

Admittedly took liberties on Bashir's dialogue.

I don't make enough money to indulge in a swear jar.

By the way, there's another barrel next to that one for MST3K references.

My wife got me this mug for Christmas 4 or 5 years ago:

She also made me a Tom Servo because she's crafty and creative.

Anteater, nothing. I definitely have enough credits to dopple into something better than a moldy old baboon.

But I admit I spend my days scrolling up cinemas.

Between this and Streetfighter, Raul Julia was a real team player and relished the chance to chew up the scenery.

If we add Simpsons references I'm gonna need a oil drum.

Combine Simpsons and Futurama references and I think I might need a Scrooge McDuck pool

Instead of a barrel ... how about we just donate to a developing nation instead ... it would probably be enough to blast the country into the 22nd century ahead of everyone else.

No we need a thermonuclear war to blow the stupid out of our brain's first. Also actual Vulcans. There's no goddamn way we're getting our shit together on our own.
