Sen. Michael Bennet (D-Colo.)
- Bennet said Trump could "take with him the Senate and the House" if he wins in the fall.
I am sincerely shocked that it wasn't AOC. Or Waren. Besides Bernie - who already came out in defense of Biden - they seem like the two most ethical of the lot.
Remember all the excuses centrists made for their guy Manchin?
They apply to this guy as well.
Centrists won't see it that way.
what are you even talking about?
Yeah, fuckin Dick Cheney came out against drumpf. It's gonna take a helluva lot more than a bad debate and some nobody senator "breaking" with him to make me not vote Biden.
No one is trying to make you vote for Trump. They’re trying to give you another choice so that Democrats have a better chance at beating Trump. We should vote Biden if he stays on the ticket, but disarray and voter enthusiasm are being affected with him on the ticket.
This matter will not go away. It has happened. And the Republicans will use this discontent until the election. Biden has to drop out, and a new candidate must be selected. Then, we should all support the new candidate. The Republicans are going to try to capitalize on this change, but it could work against them if we rally around the new candidate.
Sticking with a sunk cost fallacy will not result in a win.
