Just place a post-it note that says: "no neighbourhood mail" in your mailbox / community mailbox and Canada Post will stop delivering you junk mail.
It took about 3 weeks to slow down but I get almost nothing now.
You can just call Canada Post and skip the 3 week waiting period..you also need to renew this yearly too. The post it is just the slow way of calling.
Also, any bell and Rogers crap magically still comes through because they address it to homeowner and trash like that.
I wish this worked in the US. As it is the only mail I get is junk mail.
