A coworker made an interesting point as to why he keeps any movies/shows he downloads: The authorities may be successful in shutting down piracy sites. (I, on the other hand, only keep a small set of stuff that I'm very likely to rewatch.)

We've seen a lot of sites disappear over the years. Are new ones popping up fast enough to replace those that shut (or are shut) down?
