I'll say this much about their airless tires..
If they start mass producing them, with open sidewalls as they've demonstrated, then there will end up groups of hooligans out there tossing rocks inside the rubber 'spokes' to throw it off balance.
Whether out of protest or just out of chaotic malice, it'll happen. And that's not even counting road debris getting in there to throw it off balance.
Disclaimer: I am not a hooligan, nor would I ever consider doing such a thing, but think towards the stick in the spokes meme..
In another thread, someone was saying they're in use on a bunch of building sites and are performing without issue, so I suspect it's not as much of a concern as we suspect.
Construction sites aren't usually operating at high speed. Trying to bust through the plow line on a winter day and getting the tires packed with snow will have the car doing the humpy-hump down the highway.
I make you right, but I'm assuming the conditions you've set out are part of the test suite?
Not much of a tire if it can't handle snow or mud at speed.
