‘‘Animism’’ Revisited: Personhood, Environment, and Relational Epistemology
(www.journals.uchicago.edu)
This community is about the belief that spirit is in everything: trees, rocks, places. It is a space for discussing strategies for environmental activism from the perspective that all things have basic rights, from people to animals, to forests to rivers and mountains.
It is about seeking to find deeper gratitude in our lives by understanding that everything is just being what they intend to be.
Don’t be hostile. This isn’t a place to debate whether or not climate change is real or whether or not we need to be better stewards of our own home.
