Blender has their own instance at video.blender.org.

There is an instance with Debian conference videos at peertube.debian.social.

This might be an odd question to ask, is there an Curlie, https://curlie.org/en, equivalent to Sepia, https://search.joinpeertube.org/? There is some value in human curation sometimes, and sometimes you just need a search tool.
