12
1 + 3 + 4 + 3 + 1 = 4 + 4 + 4 = 12
Ha, weird that you started at a different orientation, for me it's 2 + 4 + 4 + 2 = 12
Y'all are weird.
Just take the two missing tiles that jut out on either end and swap them with the two corners that have tiles.
3 x 4 = 12, easy.
2 T-tetrominos + 1 I-tetromino = 12 ~~blocks~~ tiles
Ah... unless the tiles are 2x1 though!
It's clearly missing 1 big misshapen tile.
it is, assuming they miscalculated because they were just going off of the shape rather than the surrounding tiles.
They need to play more Minecraft.
Never mind the count, are those tiles laying on dirt? That doesn’t look like thinset…
Took a while to count, but should be 1,728.

that's not even right though...
or is that intentional and there's some joke here?
I think the joke is just that they're being confidently incorrect.
I have no idea
You can summon two Dungeon Dice monsters in there, so at least 12.
