I actually don't have any means to pay no matter how cheap a service is . I should probably get some online banky thingy .

Idk what any of that means lol srry so can you uh explain .
Its a lot easier and cheaper to use monero than get a bank account
I do have a bank account but I only use it using an ATM card .
100%
80% of the numbers don't work tho. You get refunded, but its frustrating
Those hoops exist to identify you.
2FA will not keep you anonymous.
Compromised app will share your every detail.
MoneroSMS works. Good customer support too. Its not free, sorry
SMSPool also accepts monero btw
Yeah but the success rate is terrible.
I don't think the Telegram concerns are just privacy. I've read some mild speculation in other comments that the app may be compromised. 2FA will not protect you against a compromised app.
There is an official foss telegram client in the main f-droid repo. Packages on fdroid are built from source by the fdroid build server, not developers uploading their apks like on play store.
https://f-droid.org/packages/org.telegram.messenger/
There is a really small chance it's compromised and could got unnoticed in the source code.
The chance that it's compromised is small but unfortunately the chance that it would be noticed is pretty small too, nobody is reading all the source code of all the apps on fdroid
Eh the thing is I'm routing everything through VPN and I only will use it for piracy and if my number is a temp one too all they can track is what I do there which is just download movies I'm not that much concerned as android sandbox everything anyway . Also I use the Foss version from fdroid .
You can't sign up to telegram with the FOSS version, you have to use the Play store.
Most of the online SMS receiving services seem to work, but people are burning new numbers within the hour to sign up to telegram. Sometimes within minutes.
You can use TON crypto to buy a username, but that requires identifying yourself at third party exchanges.
Bluewallet, bitcoin. I've found quite a few Bitcoin Kiosks in the wild (U.S), which still requires a 20, but can go a long way with no need to identify yourself anywhere.
a vpn doesn't protect you if an app is compromised. vpn is just putting your device into another person's or organization's Network.
I am not really familiar with how android sandboxes apps but I wouldn't trust my phone not being compromised after installing a potentially compromised app.

I know I was saying IP is safe .
But I'm gonna use fdroid version and I don't think they will push release if it is compromised
