Lol. I used to drive a Mazda B2200 and it was exactly like this. To accelerate at a socially acceptable rate in that thing you had no choice but to mash the gas pedal all the way to the floor. I actually tested its top speed at one point and it could almost do 80mph with a tail wind on a slight downward slope. Speeding? Officer, you ought to be giving me a medal, not a ticket.

I have an old miata. Rev it, dump the clutch, floor it, shift gear, shift gear, shift gear, engine screaming, wind blowing in my hair, look at the speedo, I'm doing 40 mph.
