/c/TenFoward: Your home-away-from-home for all things Star Trek!

Re-route power to the shields, emit a tachyon pulse through the deflector, and post all the nonsense you want. Within reason of course.

~ 1. No bigotry. This is a Star Trek community. Hating someone off of their race, culture, creed, sexuality, or identity is not remotely acceptable. Mistakes can happen but do your best to respect others.

~ 2. Keep it civil. Disagreements will happen both on lore and preferences. That's okay! Just don't let it make you forget that the person you are talking to is also a person.

~ 3. Use spoiler tags. This applies to any episodes that have dropped within 3 months prior of your posting. After that it's free game.

~ 4. Keep it Trek related. This one is kind of a gimme but keep as on topic as possible.

~ 5. Keep posts to a limit. We all love Star Trek stuff but 3-4 posts in an hour is plenty enough.

~ 6. Try to not repost. Mistakes happen, we get it! But try to not repost anything from within the past 1-2 months.

~ 7. No General AI Art. Posts of simple AI art do not 'inspire jamaharon' and fuck over our artist friends.

Fun will now commence.

Look at her, just flaunting all the coffee they have on enterprise.

Probably some kind of super pretentious Vulcan tea

Alright, since someone needs to be the canon pedant: akshully she drank chamomile and occasionally mint tea on the show.

WELL OCCASIONALLY I TOUCH BOOBIES SO I DON'T REMEMBER THIS

(no I don't :()

You probably didn't recently rewatch the whole show like I did!

It's one of the affectations she picked up while living in the Vulcan colony on earth. Part of her arc is she's not a particularly "good" Vulcan and the tea is one of the little tells.

Honestly yeah it's been a while since I watched that one. I should.

she’s not a particularly “good” Vulcan

The understatement of the year. She escapes from continued ostracism by destroing the government...

Some stuff they brew through an insanely convoluted ritual. If asked, they will tell you how super logical it is to practice such rituals on every occasion possible and that it is completely rational without so much as a flinch. Stonefaced delusional bastards

Janeway has no problems violating the temporal prime directive…just saying.

Captain Archer stranded an innocent ship in the Expanse because he needed a warp coil

There actually are radiation symbol fidgets. My daughter has one. I'd try to find it to take a picture but she has dozens of the things.

I made a fake toy catalogue ad for a glow-in-the-dark "radioactive" one back in the day. Didn't know they were real.

There goes years of research on how to ward off people from dangerous radioactive materials.

I love that the other hand is a tentacle because radioactive.
