If the OP doesn't like it we might get hurt by a GDPR request or copyright infringement accusation.
Most OPs would probably be cool with it, but I'd say drop them a note just to make sure - and remove content if they say no for whatever reason.
I think automated would be hard because of the above. But someone might have some good ideas on how to make it work, and if it can - then I say go for it.
