Yeah there's no Iron Giant esque Soviet films. Been seeing this and other renditions of it on the web since 15 years ago.
I just want to go back in time and make the Soviets create a bunch of children's shows/films. Thomas the Train Engine, Teletubbies, GI Joe, Pokemon, all of it. Cars 2 but one of them is a T-34 who just got back from slaughtering fascists in Berlin.
There's always the longest running animated show in history.
