Anyone else have this issue? I did a quick search so I apologize if it's a known issue, but I can set my post sort to Top Day in my user settings, but it eventually defaults to Active.

I can confirm, I set it to Scaled, and it is not saved

EDIT: it works in lemmy.world but not beehaw.org because there is no Scaled option in their WebUI

What's the default sort option on Lemmy's Web UI? I don't remember if it is synced correctly.

The default sort at least used to be Active. It might be Scaled now for newly registered users.

Regardless OP, it's possible you have to change your default sort on user level in the Web UI. The setting there at least used to override Sync's setting, that's how you could use Scaled sort on Sync before it was officially implemented.

I'd start looking there.

Just an update, I did update my post sort on the web and it took maybe a day to sync, but it's now working in Sync. Thanks for the tip!
