Super light and crunchy leavened laminated dough woven in waves around a small hit of chocolate praline inserts. This was one of my favorites as it wasn't overly sweet and had good texture while eating.

Did you make it? If so, was it difficult to make? Looks so delicious!

I did! Thank you, and actually it was fairly straightforward. You make the leavened laminated dough for both the normal and chocolate versions, stack them on top of each other, make your chocolate praline tube and fold it into a wave form let it proof then bake it!
