J'ai l'impression que c'est un peu pareil partout. Le Grand Diviseur, c'est le logement. Soit tu parviens à devenir acquéreur à de bonnes conditions et ensuite tu peux grappiller vers le haut, soit tu restes locataire ou bien tu t'endettes jusqu'à la garde et tu dois rogner sur tout.
