So long story short, I rescued these froma friend. They were planted too early, pruned poorly and the light cycle is messed up and they are flowering.

Is it safe to just top them and try to generate nodes? Pinch all the buds off and keep going?

I'm a bit of a novice so this is beyond my knowledge.

I was buying Cannabis from a guy in Alberta in ~2010 or so. He called it "Grapefruit" and it was honestly the best weed I ever smoked. Unfortunately, someone called crimestoppers on him and he disappeared. I was never able to find anything like it again, not even after legalization.

The one thing that stood out about it was the lack of "hairs" and crystals. I'm pretty sure it was a low THC strain, as the high was super mellow and I didn't get any of the anxiety I usually get from anything else I smoked. I suspect it was an old-school strain because my experience with it matches the descriptions I've heard from older folk. If there's any other info that might help, I could try to dredge it up.

I know this doesn't exactly fit with this comm (sorry) but I haven't found anywhere else to ask. The people at the stores are of no help either, perhaps unsurprisingly.

Also, if you know any good forums to post this to, please share.

Thanks.

First tent-grow. Zkittlez OG Auto from Barney's Farm. Today marks day 70 since putting the seed into the peat pad. I expect maybe a week more. Two, tops.

Hello fellow ents. I live in Holland, and still need to learn the local language. I've got no friends that can help with this venture, I'm all alone over here.

That said, I found a source of BioBizz Light Mix and bought a 50L bag of it for 1 plant. This will be an outdoor grow, and my first. Bought a 6.5gal/ 25L breathable fabric pot from RQS. Sunniest and longest period that hits my garden is West-facing. Strain is Diesel Autoflower.

I'm in Drenthe, The Netherlands, and should be inundated with how-to-grow-cannabis resources, but I'm at a loss. RQS (Royal Queen Seeds) has been a great resource, and I found Mr. Canuck on YouTube.

My seedling just cracked in the water today. So far, my research tells me Autoflowers don't like being transplanted, they take like half or an 1/8th of nutrients than photoperiodic traditional plants, so directly into soil she'll go.

My question is... nutes. Nutrients. First 2 weeks are just water, but this BioBizz Light Mix (https://www.biobizz.com/producto/lightmix/) is meant to just act as a well draining substrate, lacking nutrients. So I need help here.

NPK 3-1-2 or 4-4-4 or whatever, it's most likely gotta come out of a bottle. I would like to stick with organic over synthetic. Gaia Green is not found near me. Get me going in the vegetative state, I'll keep my ear to the ground come flowering state.

Halp ^_^ Thanks in advance. -LOLseas

The revised 2018 Farm Bill and its first extension have expired. If you are wondering how this could affect the pure CBD flower you love, then this is the article for you.

It has started to pop up on the plants next to it, so quick feedback would be nice (⁀ᗢ⁀)

Hey everyone!

A couple of years ago, I began my learning journey with a 60x60x120 cm tent and a 125w Kingbrite with Lm301h Mix Epistar 660nm.

Now that I'm moving to a new place with plenty of space, I'm considering upgrading my setup. I'm thinking about either an 80x80x160 or a 100x100x180 tent, and I believe a 240W lamp would suit my needs perfectly.

However, I live in Western Europe, and I noticed that Kingbrite is only available on Alibaba or Aliexpress. When I bought my first board, I ended up paying 80€ customs fees. I also can't find HLG options here.

If anyone in Europe has experience with sourcing good grow lights, I would really appreciate your advice! Thank you! :)

If yes, what should be my action plan?

It's my first outdoor grow and we've had some cold and humid nights.
I'm trying to do all organic.
Plant is a Northern Light, not yet flowering.

Thanks

After a couple of waterings with a commercial fertilizer my girls are looking better than ever. The yellowing has subsided and the plants have gotten a nicer green color. Thanks to all who gave advice!

Yellowing of leaves (lemmy.world)
submitted 10 months ago by [email protected] to c/[email protected]

My two girls have for a couple of weeks been getting yellowing of the larger leaves. I've tried checking for root rot. None that i could see. I've repottet them to a larger pot(from 35 l to 60l as they both did outgrow the old pot. They have been getting fertilizer about once a week.

Can anyone help me with what im doing wrong?

24 hour supercrop recovery.

I did push the branches down to take the picture so you can see the supercropped part of the stem. Trellis will go in tomorrow.

These plants are hella resilient.

Any of these worth a run? (lemmy.dbzer0.com)

I have very limited tent space and am not familiar with these genetics as I received them from a buddy. The two red bags and the white bag are Lit Farms and Ethos in the other. Anyone have any first hand experience with either company?

Google tells me lit can be very temperamental and read a lot of negative press about ethos, but positive on their quality. Appreciate your time!

Hey guys I’m running my first organic run with BuildASoil 3.0. As I understand it this mix is pretty much an “all in one” for the majority of the grow (I am assuming I need to, and plan on adding, a flower amendment and/or tea). The plant is currently in veg, from seed.

The soil is absolutely amazing and the plant loves it. Once 4+ nodes sprouted I started my classic stress training technique which is sort of a modification on main lining — that is to say, it’s high stress.

I’m wondering if anyone recommends amending the soil during veg, specifically with the plant recovering from stress training? I’ve noticed it’s been looking slightly less healthy, and blame the stress training as that usually knocks her down for a week or so. But ultimately I’m just wanting to make sure she has the best environment to grow in! 🥰

Can upload pics if necessary but I’m not so much looking for any “diagnoses”, but rather just some input from other organic growers who have been at it longer than I have!

Hi, I have a nice little plant which I’m quite proud of, because I still suck at this. It’s a “wedding crasher” from RQS and so far I’ve trained and scrogged it. It’s been in veg for about two months and now it’s been blooming for around two weeks. I’ve noticed that it stopped smelling, like at all. I can open the box without any smell coming at me. Even when I put my nose against one of the buds I get a very faint smell. It did smell for a while, before and after triggering the bloom. I’m quite worried because I had one plant during the summer which was severely heat stressed and it also didn’t smell very much. It sucked so bad I didn’t even smoke it.

I think I might have overdone it with the nutrients, at least thats the most common suggestion on the internet. I used Advanced Nutrients grow, micro, bloom with addons, without really keeping a schedule. Every watering (1,5l of water) I’ve added at most 4ml of bases and 3ml of addons. Last two waterings however went in without any nutrients and it's pretty much the same. There is no nutrient burn on the leaves, and I don’t really see any worrying signs. Humidity is at around 45% during the day and around 60% during the night, temps are 23/20℃. It averages around 1500ppm of co2 because it’s winter and I keep my windows closed.

Do you have any suggestions as to what might be wrong?

Hey all, I'm looking to expand my grow and was wondering if anyone has seen some great deals in the past I may need to watch out for.

Trying to put in a new tent and pick up some genetics for a good deal.
