Whatever the title of "This girl is on fire" is.

Pretty sure it's supposed to be empowering or something but all I hear is ThIs guRl iZ oN FiiIiiRrrrrrRrreee!!!! two hundred times in a row.

Like okay she's on fire. Got it. Get damn fire extinguisher or something and SHUT UP.

Honorary shout out to the 80℅ of songs on the radio thst are about relationships. You know there's more topics that exist? Does it ALWAYS have to be about relationships?

And Christmas songs on eternal repeat starting before Halloween. Thanks, radio. I hate Christmas songs now. Not because they suck, but because you suck gor playing them over and over FOR HALF THE YEAR.

I don't watch mainstream media, but Status Coup News does follow his case and updates when something happens.

From what I understand, lawyers found a major issue with how he was apprehended. Apparently he wasn't read his rights before they started taking action, so a fair bit of evidence they have against him may need to be thrown out.

Also they decided to pursue the death penalty way too fast, among other injustices.

Tyson.

Iirc, largest meat supplier. Which means they are a huge catalyst to the industry that literally profits on death and misery more than any other.

Their products are corpses, their human workers are in the industry with the highest rate of PTSD from their jobs, and by simply existing they’re helping create superviruses by fostering cramped sheds of half-dead animals that can barely move sleeping on their own shit and being kept alive just long enough to slaughter, using powerful antibiotics that will become useless a lot faster than if we used those antibiotics to protect humans instead of giving the perfect environment for viruses to adapt to and overcome them.

Fuck the whole animal agriculture industry, and extra fuck the biggest corps behind them.

I hope they don’t. Please see straight through this giant toddler and show him that actions have consequences. Do not negotiate.

Teach him a lesson that the US is refusing to teach him.

We’re ignoring the constitution already.

14th Amendment. Section 3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

The man is an adjudicated insurrectionist. Congress just ignored their duty.

So yes, there “are” protections. Said protections are simply being ignored.

Maybe get a fine for .0005% of their net worth. You know, so they don’t do it again.

That’s how it works, right?

It’s a meme now. Give it a few years and it’ll be more than a meme.

Genuinely though, it would not surprise anymore. We have subscription based cars selling your info to insurance companies, retroactively ammended purchase experiences everywhere, and every dang app and website harvesting as much info on you as physically possible no matter how mundane.

Dick info reporting toilets would not at all catch me by surprise at this point.

I much prefer co-op multiplayer to pvp and co-op in a game I’m interested in is rare.

So yeah mostly singleplayer.

I personally love cheesebreather, bloodmouth, and milk-drinker.

Bonus points to milk-drinker because that’s not even a term made by vegans to call people coward babies. Play Skyrim and you’ll hear it all over the place!

Carnist doesn’t count because it’s not technically an insult. It’s just a name for someone that practices carnism. Carnism IS terrible, but the purpose of the word is no different than Christian to Christianity.

It’s hilarious that carnists get so butthurt about being called what they are though so I enjoy that part.

Seen this so many times and glad to keep seeing it.

More people being informed on these scummy practices to look out for and avoid is a good thing.

A comparison I typed up 7 years ago that seems to have helped a few people choose between Dawnguard vs Volkihar.

Dawnguard gets:

  • Pet huskies
  • Pet armoured trolls
  • Master Level trainers in Archery, Heavy Armor, Restoration, and Smithing.
  • A couple followers
  • Better crossbows
  • Easier access to Dwarven and Elemental bolts
  • Easier access to the spells Stendarr's Aura and Vampire's Bane
  • Chance to convince Serana to cure her vampirism.
  • Attacked by Volkihar Vampires. (I think) Guards/Citizens will get involved with the fight, risking their own lives to help.

Volkihar gets:

  • Pet death hounds
  • Master Two-Handed trainer and Expert speech trainer
  • Thralls in the castle you can feed on
  • The Ring of the Erudite, Ring of The Beast, Amulet of The Gargoyle, and Amulet of Bats
  • The Bloodstone Chalice, to enhance your vampiric powers
  • A free player home with merchants (the castle itself)
  • The chance to turn your spouse into a vampire
  • Easier access to Necromantic Healing and Heal Undead
  • Attacked by the Danguard in the wild. Guards/citizens won't help with the fight.

Both sides get:

  • Serana as a follower
  • Auriel's Bow and Bloodcursed arrows
  • Access to Vampire Lord form and Bloodcursed Arrows*
  • Durnehviir
  • Radiant quests to kill vampires**
  • As long as Serana is still a vampire ** Yes, Members of Clan Volkihar will request that you go kill vampires. Don't think the Dawnguard are the only ones upset at random vampires attacking towns!
