I visit my boxing gym every three days. I work there until I'm sweaty as heck. But I'm not gaining enough volume. I think my fat is inhibiting my muscle growth. But at least I'm improving my technique, and can notice performance increases.

As someone who was bullied by a racist white teacher, this hits hard. When she felt that she went too hard, she faked niceness to me so that I wouldn't report her. White people are the masters of faking niceness.

But it's easy to peer through their thinly veiled racism, and thirst for blood against minorities (such as Asians). They accuse us of being two-faced, famously the Siamese Twins which is taught as propaganda in every school. It's just projection in the end. The Native Indians were right about white people and their tongues.

You're constantly on guard when dealing with whites, and it's tiring as hell. They have perfected the art of backstabbing.

Sticking to your stereotype = treated like a doormat

Breaking your stereotype = whites get threatened and lash you

What's the winning move? To not play at all and just go back to China?

This build requires hail of blades to output damage quickly, so you forgo phase rush, but if you take ghost you can compensate for your lack of mobility.

Many bruiser items synergize well with Alistar because of their defensive stats and passives

Guardian angel, so you can dive their team more aggressively because of the revive. While you're temporarily dead your cooldowns go off so you can combo them again

Bloodsong, you have more consistent damage than AP builds

Steraks, for CC heavy teams, the tenacity allows you to be more sticky. Even with ult cleanse, you can still be chain cc'd

Roaming boots because it's cheap

Mercurial for magic resist, and to chase down enemies with the movespeed buff

Deaths dance along with GA for heavy AD teams, synergizes well with your passive when enemies die that makes you survive better

You can go wits end if they're AP heavy, but the attack speed feels wasteful since most of the damage should be coming from the first three hits of HoB

Secondary runes are of course hexflash and cosmic insight

The reason why I think it's better than tank or AP is because if you go tank, you're less of a threat and can be more easily ignored. If you're AP, you lack consistent damage and are heavily reliant on long cooldowns.

With AD, you have more constant DPS which makes you more of a threat, and you can still be tanky with bruiser items. Combo them, auto them twice, then for the third auto you save it for your E proc. You attack very quickly due to hail of blades.

Is this viable or troll? I only play swift games nowadays so I don't know if this is good in ranked. Though I have reached platinum in the past with tank Alistar, or was it AP alistar I forgot.

Maybe this should be reserved as a for fun only build

i think the purpose of this simulation is to suffer. if i were an omnipotent god, what would i want the most? it's to be the opposite, to be powerless and feel suffering. if i were an omnipotent god, i would overdose on pleasure instantly with my powers, then i would seek something different

It started in Chinese class, we were doing Kahoot (virtual pop quiz), when Student A harassed me for not getting a perfect score. He said, "I thought Asians were smart". Well I'm sorry for not being a perfect robot. That is a dehumanizing stereotype, and he probably didn't even consider it to be racism which makes it twice as worse. He also said, "You should be good at this since you're Chinese." I'm Asian American, my main language is English. It's normal for Asian Americans to be illiterate in their ethnic language. Oh, you're Chinese? List every Chinese word in the dictionary. At the beginning of the year, I scanned the classroom for Asians. He took offense to this. I'm sorry for preferring Asians. A Chinese person has never called me a removed before. A Chinese person has never told me to go back to China.

During group time, we were paired together. He asked me how well he wrote the Chinese characters, and I half-heartedly said it was good. He took offense to this. So you want to disrespect my race and expect me to treat you fairly? I ordered in perfect English at McDonalds, where is my praise? Growing up, I faced all sorts of humiliation over my accent. Be glad I didn't treat you the same as those racists. He tried to stir up drama by involving our history teacher and the students, loudly complaining about how I treated him to the entire class. The history teacher forced me to apologize to him, which was absurd. The entire situation was peak white fragility.

As someone suffering from PTSD (not yet officially diagnosed), schizophrenia and psychosis (officially diagnosed), sometimes I have trouble controlling my actions. I sent a bunch of hate mail to my past teacher because she bullied me in the past. I believe it was racially motivated since I was Asian, though when she acted she was clever enough to do it with plausible deniability. When I got arrested the police commented on how broad my shoulders were, and put me on two handcuffs instead of one. My efforts in gym-celling have paid off. Doing all those pull ups and stuff has rewarded me with stronger muscles.

Doing drugs (synthetic marijuana), getting arrested, going to a psych ward... I'm living the full American dream.

I suspect that all of the trauma from the bullying made me develop mental illnesses. I used delta-8, a drug, to cope but it made it worse.

I've been to a psych ward multiple times now, to the point where it nearly bankrupted my parents. I've thought of suicide many times before to atone for my sins, so I'll be less of a burden.

It's no wonder that in a toxic environment, I would grow up to become a damaged human. I have to leave America as soon as possible.

The American gamble has failed me. This country is a shitty investment.

One thing that shocked me a bit, or maybe I should've expected this, was that my white attorney was buddy-buddy with the prosecutor. It was nepotism in full view. It felt so wrong, even though this was to my advantage. Originally, I was going to ask a black attorney to represent me in court, but my Father stopped me and told me to hire a white lawyer instead. I thought that it would've been fine if it was a black person. How could I have been so naive. Once again, I am reminded here in America, of how white supremacy works. I've been secluded in my NEET cave for so long that I've forgotten the fundamentals of this country's workings. Now that I've realized it. Yeah, black lawyers would face an unfair level of play in the justice system.

China is often demonized for treating their mentally ill harshly (in the West), but from reading your post, China seems way more progressive than a society like America.

The USA is a baby civilization compared to China. All of the problems they're facing right now, has already been experienced by China. China has learned through their mistakes and won't repeat them.

"As an American, it’s no wonder our citizens are distrustful of CPC. In addition to a lifetime of propaganda, we have never experienced a government with citizens’ interest in mind

Nearly everyone, if not every single person, in America that will read this has never seen our government and politicians do ANYTHING that would advance the lives of its citizens, no matter how small the action might be. When/if anything slightly beneficial is done, cynical ulterior motives are the reason. Advancement of ruling class interests are the overwhelming reason we get anything, i.e. paltry checks during the covid pandemic.

We have never known otherwise. When Americans see the Chinese government implement policies that increase the wellbeing of the population, their minds automatically assume it’s for nefarious reasons. The thought of a government ensuring their citizens are safe, taken care of and prosperous is unheard of.

No matter the party affiliation, or if they’re avowed communists all the way to the far right base of Republican neo-fascists, everyone knows politicians that make up the government are A.) beholden to capital and B.) out for themselves.

Congress is laughably unpopular, if not right out loathed by all of us. When decades of racist propaganda, fabrication and malicious lies are added to the mix, no one can possibly fathom leadership being altruistic."
