It's my turn to bring cake to work tomorrow, I found this recipe .
I added some instant coffee but my jar slipped and I probably added too much... now I'm contemplating whether the buttercream might cover it up or whether I'm just baking a second cake and freezing this one for myself

edit: Yeah, I definitely fucked up with the instant coffee haha
Still edible (especially with the buttercream, it's still a 6/10 cake), but I don't want to bring it to other people. Made a new one instead, which this one I actually took the time to sift the baking powder and instant coffee so that it doesn't stay in random bitter chunks

It's balsamic-marinated chickpea seitan, with some pesto and some more balsamico on top. Tasted nice (texture was like mozzarella!) but it does look a bit sad haha

With grilled tofu skins, chinese smoked tofu avocado takuan (pickled raddish) nori cucumber shiitake mushrooms black sesame seeds and of course sushi rice

doesn't look like much but it was delicious.

It might've looked alright with some spring onion and sesame seeds on top, but I was out. Delicious though

I had already made the fries and didn't know what to do with them. Just got whatever I had in the fridge and slapped it in a pan because I was just hungry and couldn't be bothered..

Some beyond brats and Hellmann's vegan mayo macaroni salad. All covered in green onion. I love shitty vegan food so much.

Huel mac and cheese + ground Beyond. I added too much water to the mac

Potato triangles, edamame and apple sauce.

Bread + olive oil + garlic powder + nutritional yeast + oregano, microwaved for 15 seconds

Oats and nutritional yeast, whatever spices you want, maybe some grounds flaxseed to make it fatty. Kinda minimalistic, I make a similar Mac and cheese with quinoa and nooch
