Why does it not load tiles on Firefox nor Librewolf?
My bet: https://www.mapbox.com/traffic-data But where MapBox gets the data? No clue

Because the northern hemisphere is mostly land mass and the southern hemisphere is mostly ocean. Land heats faster and cools faster than ocean, thus the seasonal effects are more pronounced in the data.
Same with CO2 patterns which gives a similar yearly 'breathing effect'

In Chiba city, it is described as "The sky above the port"
Your title is a big lie. "One simple step"?
- Install left gate
- Install right gate
- Add traffic signs
- Add pedestrian icon to street
See, this is at least 4 steps! I call bullshit!

Well, I'm doing my best to get the [email protected] community started. Once there is enough activity here, the critical mass becomes self-reinforcing and it takes off.
And it's not as if all of Reddit will switch over right away - Twitter is still somewhat alive too; but Mastodon gained enough momentum now to actually matter and to be at a sustainable level.
Ooohh!! Please, post a bit in the lemmy community as well.
Oh, yeah, no it isn't open data. This type of data is very hard to build in an open data way: people don't like to contribute privatey data and they will only use such a system if it is big enough...
