Any way to look at what massive stock purchases are being made from a day or two ago to 20 odd hours from now?

Sell offs is what you're looking for. When they announce something just before the weekend, it's because that news will tank the stock market. The purchases will come Monday or Tuesday when they hit the low point. I can all but guarantee he's going to announce boots on the ground.
