Looking up the licence plate, the owner's full name seems to be Igor Norton Tesla Slovák and it's the first Cybertruck in the country, so he must have spent lots of money importing it and modding it (and bribing officials?) to pass registration.

The slideshow is just the VÍTÁME VÁS / NA SHLEDANOU welcome/goodbye message (based on whether the panel is entry-/exit-facing, a URL, and wayfinding info such as "🠜 PŘEPÁŽKY 36, 38-44 / 🠝 RECEPCE, PŘEPÁŽKY 12, 13, 15-20, 28-29" . They absolutely could have used a way less powerful machine for this, or better utilized the screen estate (wayfinding on the welcome/URL screen as well? English?).

The video is from last year. They've since made the animation reset early instead of letting the scrolling text reveal the wrong opening hours, it abruptly goes back to the tacky pulsing after "PO-P-".

This very rare occasion finds place on Saturday 12 April from 9AM.

I recommend to go there already at 5AM, the queues will be very long 😜. Best to bring your breakfast together with Czech "Champagne" in a plastic bag (no backpacks, strollers or suitcases are allowed inside!) and consume it during waiting. Could end up in a huge picknick, where people share what they have brought.
