The bot is now active, scanning and posting hourly with a content score cut off of 65. For now it's not configured to persist through sessions so I can keep an eye on it during early public testing. Let me know what you think.
Technically the bot isn't active here just yet but it will be very shortly. I thought this was as good a time as any to make the announcement, hopefully you found it funny and informative.
Once the bot is migrated from it's test environment it will begin posting content to this community. I thought about letting it pull in several days worth of content at once to show the range of what it can do, but I think a slower, less spammy launch is probably preferred by most of our federated neighbors. Like everything else I'm open to feedback on how much and how often the bot is posting. I suspect it will take a few active race weekends full of events to get things dialed in.
I hope to see you all in the comments of the upcoming bot posts! 💚
Awesome, thanks for the great feedback!
Several of those series are covered with what I added to the bot initially. The others will take some time to get figured out and added, I'll put them on the list for the next round of major changes.
The bot is running and posting to a test community for the next several hours. If all goes well there I'll probably reconfigure it to post here sometime tomorrow.
GT World Challenge Europe
There are multiple GT series that will be monitored by the bot, glad I'm not the only one interested!
Otherwise WRC is shaping up to be a cracking season.
What I've seen so far has been great. Speaking of, I only have the bot set to monitor the official channel at the moment. Is it worth adding Dirtfish? I don't want to completely replace human posts and the bot is supposed to be smart enough to not double/repost if someone beats it to the punch. It can always be left off to start with and added later too.
Walmart in the US, sold under the "BetterGoods" brand.
The bot linked to the original version. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1U9ycH4r_5E is actually the correct version of this song.
Yeah... They're addictive enough that I've considered making them myself but I'm so damn lazy. They're just seasoned with sea salt so there's no flavor surprises or tastes buried under excessive seasonings. The real surprise was how amazing the texture of the sprouts is when dehydrated. Some parts are light and crunchy like seaweed snacks, some parts are closer to crispy onion string texture, and the base is much more solid but still satisfying to eat. Occasionally one will be borderline inedible at the base so you have to be careful how carelessly you shovel them in. Or at least that's what I tell myself every time I destroy my jaw on one of them LMFAO.
For the ultimate in low effort the snacks must be ready to consume without the hassle of prepping or cooking.
