There is definitely some kind of plan to divide latin american, what Milei and Nobua are doing is not mere incompetence.
Ecuador, in the midst of a security crisis, decides to focus on arresting an irrelevant ex-opposition member and break international law in the process. This is no mere idiocy, it is deliberate.
On the bright side, everyone from Milei to Canel and even the Oas are united against Ecuador over this issue.
