How else is the comment supposed to be perceived?
I thought it was funny, I saw it as: big boobs equals much milk. I normally don't like to shame people for their sense of humor. Of course, there are some exceptions.

It could have had that meaning had Dr. Moose not elucidated that he had made a tittie joke.
He's jealous that the baby gets to suck on a titty. I don't understand why some people have that fetish.
