Remember that time Steven Del Duca was the OLP leader? He literally had his campaign all but written for him thanks to the many public blunders of DF, but he dropped the ball. Failed to campaign in any meaningful capacity. Didn't take the gimme shots at DF that would have cemented his status as being more pragmatic. Didn't take him to task on healthcare privatization, even though he was caught red-handed consulting on privatization in 2018. And now he's the mayor of one of the most conservative enclaves in Canada: Vaughan, ON. Makes a lot of sense doesn't it?
