What should we nominate for Lemmyvision? (lemmy.nz)

Lemmyvision is a competition where you nominate a song from your country from the last year and everyone votes on their favourite. More info here.

We have until the end of the month to select and enter something from NZ released after 1/1/2023.

I'm hoping other people have suggestions as I can't name any songs from 2023 let alone (edit: a 2023) one from NZ 😆

They're just tracks that topped the charts in 2023 - not necessarily released that year. For instance, the first song is from 2019, the second from 2022, the third is from 2021 etc.

Weird. It says on the page "The 20 best-selling and most-streamed New Zealand tracks released in the past 18 months."

But you're right, many don't actually appear to be released in the past 18 months.
