Coming from the east coast, I’m trying to find that perfect Portland coffee bean to make for my morning ritual. What’s your favorite coffee roaster in the metro area? Bonus points if they do a great espresso on site as well!

water ave, great north, Portland roasting are some good ones

Awesome! I think I've had some Water Ave. from New Seasons but I'll check the rest out.

If you’re buying from new seasons look for sisters coffee as well. They’re Oregon based down in Sisters. Water ave is great as well, and tend to be lighter roasts which I like. Also Coava coffee I think is from here as well. But I would say don’t go with stumptown. Not very good imo.
