The czechmate / parrot is a fine open gun. Their only downside is that they're made for IPSC open division, where the major PF is 160. They have a very short throat so you can't load your projectiles long, which means your powder choices for making USPSA major PF at 165 is basically Autocomp. You can get your barrel reamed so you can load a little longer but it's inconvenient.
