Why the fuck are cops using silencers?
no-knock evictions shouldn't ever wake our blessed landlords sleeping in
Because gunfire is loud, especially indoors where the sound bounces off walls and they're trying to yell communication to each other. I'd have a suppressor on every gun if I could
Good point, guess sleep deprivation makes me forget even simple shit like that.
Suppressors are pretty useful in general. They really should be considered a safety device rather than something that makes a gun more deadly.
I read that in Europe, they supposedly encourage gun owners to use silencers when shooting in public spaces (e.g. hunting) because otherwise it would be considered rude to disturb other people lol
I think the concern with suppressors is that they make crimes easier to hide, not that they make guns more deadly.
That’s debatable I think but it’s not an unfounded concern. They don’t make guns silent, it just dampens the noise and flash.
Oh yeah, the effectiveness of suppressors is greatly exaggerated in movies, but they do significantly lower the volume and recognizability of gunshots. That's the whole benefit haha.
Is it AI, maybe? I'm not sure their badges match and that 3rd cop in back doesn't feel natural to me. I thought it was just bad layering, but it could be AI.
AI would make them super jacked, not realistically fat
I was surprised they showed what cops actually look like.
Not if they're as incompetent at Ai prompts as they are at the rest of their life.
As we know all cops are bastards
Silencers are a good idea honestly for protecting people's hearing. Contrary to what Hollywood shows, silencers do not actually silence a gun, but rather quiet it.
If you ever shoot a gun indoors, what happens @[email protected]?
