What is a 'skill issue'? And where does the phrase come from? I think I get the gist but I'm uncertain.
Thanks for explaining. I thought it had something to do with gaming. That's one of the reasons I was reluctant to use it.
Besides what others have pointed out, it's funny to use the phrase on situations where no reasonable person could think the issue was a lack of skill. Kind of like asking "vaxed?" as a response to someone dying in a car accident or something.
Very useful if someone is complaining about something and you think it is their own fault.
I think it means the reason you can’t do something well is you lack the innate talent. Kind of a stupid phrase.
Oh, I see. Yes, that's closer to what I thought it meant but then I've started to see it be used around here or maybe on hexbear. Thanks for the example.
