I swear my tinnitus is so loud I'm surprised no one else can hear it ๐ญ
Hope you can recover!
Had suffered sound damage prior, my ENT doctor said I was super lucky to not cross the line after which it would get irreversible.
Currently having no ear sounds above normal.
Objective tinnitus is a thing, though less common than subjective tinnitus. It is possible your ear actually is producing sound others can hear, though I guess only with a stethoscope, not the naked ear. https://nyulangone.org/conditions/tinnitus/types
