It can occur differently within many areas, orderly or chaotically, and be willing or unwilling. It does not necessarily imply human extinction or a singular, global event. Although, the longer the duration, the more it resembles a ‘decline’ instead of collapse.

what area are you in?

photosynthesis type c3 reaches peak efficiency around ~74F and c4 around ~86F if i recall correctly

Ive found when banana trees die in threshold level frosts they usually return from sprouts around the mother plant, as long as the ground doesnt freeze more than an inch
