Others have mentioned Keychron and Ducky already but I just want to mention you can get the pudding keycaps separately for cheap off AliExpress.
That's actually a really good idea. Just to make sure I actually like them ๐ do all keycaps fit all mechanical keyboards? Or do I have to make sure they fit the MX styled switches that razer uses?
You have to go out of your way to find keycaps that aren't MX-styled. But you may want to double check the layout and particularly the size of the spacebars, shifts, and the keys in the bottom row. Some gamer boards have nonstandard layouts.
Ah ok. Well that makes things easy. I did see that about gamer boards. Will have to get one of those printer keycaps rulers that I saw and do some checking. I know mine "feels" normal but I've been using razer keyboards since I bought my first computer so I don't even know ๐
I'm not sure about Razer sorry. I only know Ducky and Keychron typically use switches with Cherry stems.
