Just pulling this out of my ass, but that tagline sounds like he's unemployed and trying to break into the game industry as a temp or contract.
This is why he's upset, he hasn't even been able to break into the industry and here are all these people complaining about losing what he desperately wants for himself. Why should they get sympathy when they're still in an objectively better position to get a job at another company than he'll ever be?
He has actually worked in the industry according to his LinkedIn. Hopefully not anymore.
Or you know... Could be total BS.
