Just delete your account, that way everything they send you is known garbage.
Not OP but I am still waiting for my data request from a few weeks ago!
I finally got mine the other day, so at least it's real and you should get it eventually too
I actually never did that, I just used one of those plugins to purge my content. I probably should have, but also every time I have done that for other social media, I never went back to look at it anyway.
