Hi everyone

I just upgraded feddit.ch to the most recent Lemmy Version v.0.19.2 and hope it fixes some ongoing issues with lemmy. Together with the upgrade this instance to a little performance boost to cope with the higher load.

If you want to know more about Lemmy v.0.19.2, here you go.

The pictr-rs migration is still pending and will probably cause some downtime too, but i'll keep you posted.

If you have any questions or issues, please let me know.

Not that i know of. lemm.ee still seems to be on 0.19.1, i suspect there might be the issue. I would check once again they updated to 0.19.2. Hope this helps

Hmm I know on feddit.ch/instances it still lists 19.1 but according to lemm.ee they're already running 19.2. I did discover status.lemm.ee which confirms feddit.ch is not reaching lemm.ee but they're reaching here so it looks to be an issue on this end. I'm not sure if this would be useful to you but here's a screenshot:

Hmm, that's interesting. I'll look into to it.

Actually, the devs just released 0.19.3 which includes the following bug fix:

Mark instance as alive after successful activity send (fixes #4039) by @Nutomic in https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy/pull/4377

It sounds like that will probably resolve the issue.

Thanks for the update. It sounds like this could solve the problem.
