Not getting new sign up notifications on new instance. (beehaw.org)

Installed on Ubuntu Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS Using Ansible. Site is up and running, I have an admin account. I can go through the sign up process, email is required, question is required, no captcha. I don't receive any notifications about new signups.
