Yeah, this was unheard of before.

Right? We are literally in the 21st century, but still cling to the ideals and customs of the industrial revolution.
i think 4 days work week is being tested on many places. would be cool if it becomes a norm.
Ford was innovative because he used the scientific method to find out how long the work-week should be from a factory-owners perspective.
And then he set it to that.
If you're a cog in a wheel in a factory that is still the ideal work-week from your owners perspective, sorry.
Maybe working class people should have their welfare prioritized over the profits of capitalists. Just a thought.

Unions are the real reason we have anything as workers, we just give Ford the credit for propaganda purposes.
