he lied about the vote being stolen, he defrauded the whole country... he attempted to get georgia state officials to lie.
These other states don't need a conviction to consider the mountains of public evidence available... trump actually said he intends to be a dictator. He actually said those words directly... and multiple times...

No one involved in the January 6 events was accused of "insurrection."
Trump was exonerated in the second impeachment trial, which concerned the events of January 6.
Section 3 of the 14th Amendment does not apply to the President according to settled doctrine.

notice how it doesn't say "convicted of"
... furthermore, the legal definition of "insurrection and rebellion" and "seditious conspiracy" have an almost complete overlap.

i recommend you dig into symbolic logic... pretty abstract but i think it helps intuitively
