ok so I googled this.. spaghetti ice is vanilla ice cream extruded through a pasta press to look like noodles. its a German thing somehow.

how is it better than just ice cream? what do you use for meatballs? do you eat it with a fork or a spoon? do you try to make your spaghetti look loke ice cream too?

Somehow, the presentation just makes it taste better.

Usually it's served with strawberry sauce and grated white chocolate to resemble Spaghetti Napoli with parmesan since spaghetti with meatballs is more of an american thing.

It's sorta airy so you just eat it with a spoon
