I was born in the 80s. I couldn't tell you the last time I had a burger, but it was months ago. I just bought a pound of ground beef for tacos today, and it's been the first time I've bought beef in I don't know how long. I lean heavily towards breads, dairy, and plant based proteins just because in my area they are cheaper and more readily available anywhere I go. They also tend to be lighter meals, which is another thing I look for. I don't need to roll away from the table after every meal. Beef means burgers, or steaks, or something big. I don't know if I can name a light beef entree. I guess some Chinese food would count, but even then, I'm going with chicken or pork.
