Is there a way to block an instance? (lemmy.world)

I often search by local all but there are so many posts from Lemmy.nsfw. Nothing against the community but I do a lot of scrolling at work so that's not ideal.

Is there a way to block that instance without blocking all NSFW posts? (Need to keep my shit posts lol)

I've slowly been blocking individual instances but if I can block the whole domain that would be ideal (this might be obvious but I can't figure it out)

E: thanks for the advice everyone, guess I'll keep knocking em out when they pop up.

I really hope they add this feature. I'd love to block all of lemmygrad.ml so I can stop seeing russian/Chinese propaganda and pro-genocide bullshit any time I scroll for too long.
