Signal chain: Boss NS-2 —> Polytune 3 Mini —> EHX Cock Fight —> Wampler Triumph —> Boss JB-2 —> EHX Big Muff tone wicker —> AMP Monoprice Stageright 611815 (JCM800 clone) —> NS-2 again —> Zoom Multistomp —> TC Electronic Bucket Brigade —> Digitech Polara —> Flamma multimod

I’m currently loving everything in this set up except for the JB-2. I love the blues driver side, especially stacked with the Triumph, but the Angry Charlie is hard for me to bone with. Its very situational for me because the Big Muff is my favorite high gain tone, but I rarely need to employ something that’s just a step below that. If anyone has some tips for it, LMK!

Have you tried stacking either sides of the JB-2 with the Muff? I'd try turning the gain down and messing with the EQ on the JB-2 while it's stacked with the Muff. You might need to play with the order a bit too. Of the pedals you have though the Triumph will probably compliment the Muff the most though.

The Angry Charlie is also a JCM800 clone like your amp so it might be redundant but I'm not familiar with the Monoprice stuff.

All I know about the Monoprice Stage Right amps is they hit way above their price range.

Thanks for the advice! I have to admit, it does feel really redundant but I play a very low output custom guitar so I can’t get those searing hot Marshall tones with just the amps, but the JB can push the amp in a way that gives it a natural distorted push. I’ve tried boosting the muff with BD side, but it just doesn’t give the same chug that the screamer does
