Is federation not working on lemmy.ml ? (lemmy.ml)

I have posted to the [email protected] community from my lemmy.ml account. However my post does not appear on lemmy.world/c/evs but it does appear on lemmy.ml/c/[email protected] .

Test posting from https://daring.lemmy.fan running 0.19.0-rc.1 to check federation.

Per https://phiresky.github.io/lemmy-federation-state/site?domain=daring.lemmy.fan ~~it still appears that federation is lagging with 0.19.0-rc.1~~ Looks like federation is indeed working.
