it is, at max 35-45 mins.
obviously I don't make it authentic so calling it actually bolognese is a bit further stretch I allowed myself than should have ๐
I use dry noodles from the store, prechopped meat, boxed/canned tomato sauce, dried spices... only thing that needs actual prep work is some onions.
